CCAC & Associates

C.C.A.C Company was founded as a sole proprietorship in
February, 1998 in the state of Kansas. It was incorporated
in 2006. Because the names, CCAC, Inc. and CCAC Company, Inc. were already taken,
our new name became, CCAC & Associates.

CCAC represents, Communication, Clarity, And Commitment
in customer service. We work very hard to incorporate these
principles in our interaction with our customers, by ensuring the customer's requirements
are being met. Our goal is to provide
our customers access to the best possible services and/or
products, while meeting and/or exceeding their expectations.

1099 Independent Contractors that work for commission-only
wages are a Rare and Special breed of people.

CCAC & Associates specializes in 1099 Independent Contractor and
Subcontractor Part-time/Full-time openings. We offer substantial compensation
through commission-only earnings. [Commission payout amounts are available,
'opening' page.] They are not meant to replace your current income right away, but
have the potential to, in the future.
These professional openings are not for the faint-hearted, but for those that have
decided that there must be a better way and are willing to work hard to reach their
income goals. With the increased uncertainty of traditional jobs, loss of income and time
freedom, many of us are seeking a better way. We don't want to live in fear of lay-off,
termination or attrition. We would like to have some sort of control over our lives and
the lives of our families. At least, we would like a Plan B (supplemental income);
something to fall back on… just in case.
Some of you have the experience level to start full-time, with great success. For others,
we recommend you start part-time (like many other associates), until this secondary
income matches your current income or has increased to your comfort level, for at least
twelve (12) consecutive months. Over time, many have gone full-time and are now
making substantial incomes. We do not set your hours. You determine what your
hours will be. Of course, they should coincide with the hours of the small businesses in
your area.

Small Business plan and/or Life Events Legal Plan Training will be provided at a low cost
(depending on the opening). There are no mandatory calls or meetings to attend. You
will truly be an Independent Contractor or Subcontractor.

We are looking for Independent Contractors/Subcontractors to sell Small Business Plans
and/or Life Events Legal Plans in most states. These generous compensation plans are
commission-only. Our Partner companies are certified to market Small Business plans
and/or Life Events Legal Plans in the United States and Canada. (*Ask us about
licensing restrictions in some states for our plans.) We also provide companies with
Free F.A.C.T.A. compliance information, at their request.

If you choose to
accept an opening with one of our Partner companies, you will be paid by our
administrative companies, "LegalShield®, Inc." and "GoSmallBiz.com" as an
Independent Contractor. You also have the option to work directly for CCAC
Marketing Services. In this case, your commission will significantly increase and you
will be paid directly by CCAC Marketing Services. All of our Contractor openings
require at least 1 to 2 years of Outside Direct Sales and/or Business to Business
experience.

More about our Outside Sales Contractor positions:

Training must be completed before any plans can be sold.

All Agent 'Small business' training materials ($25) will be subtracted from your
first (1st) commission sale*.
(*For those that work directly for CCAC Marketing Services.)

All Agent 'Group' training materials ($59) is re-imbursed after the first sale*
(*For those that work directly for CCAC Marketing Services.)

All 'Life Events Legal Plan' training is free*.
(*For those that work directly for CCAC Marketing Services.)

Small Business Training materials will be sent out using the U.S. postal service.
Group Business Training must be done in a class environment.

All Contractors will be able to access their commission statements
detailing total commission payout, prior to making a commitment to the company. All
chargeback information will be included, as well. If you choose to work for Residuals
and/or overrides, these are paid by our administrative companies, only. The
Contractor direct sales positions can be setup for agency/team building, if you choose.
